The first twenty pages are spent saying the same stuff over and over. The next twenty pages are for people who don't have a brain and can't use common sense or are 60+ and have no idea how to use today's technology.
The grammer has been horrible throughout the book and that's what's making me write this review now. "do not really don't belong together" ...an actual line from the book and a dozen more that have came up and I'm only on page 40.

Affiliate marketing is like getting a turn-key business without any investment. While others invest hundreds in a MLM, you can make an equal amount of money with no cash outlay.
Companies today are spending less on traditional marketing and funneling more cash toward affiliates that are producing results. I know of many individuals that make an above average income with one or two affiliate programs.
This book is well researched and will provide you all the tools you need to produce an immediate income in an affiliate program. Keep in mind that just signing up for an affiliate program will never guarantee success. You need marketing techniques that work. This book will walk you step-by-step in a marketing plan that will generate results.
This book is not about theory, but about practical tips and tricks that generate cash.
I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to succeed in any affiliate program.

Very useful book.. Full of information for anyone interested in joining an affiliate program or implementing their own affiliate program.
Badly organized with little info May 03, 2010
This book is badly organized. For starters much of it points to information in prior books of the author. The author also commits an entire chapter describing how the book is laid out. Also the author repeatedly states that he won't waste time trying to convince you that affiliate marketing is a good idea and then spends several pages arguing that it's a good idea. The examples given are also weak. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because it did provide some useful information, though I had to wade through 3 chapters first before finding any. I finally gave up on this book and gave a cheaper one a try. It turned out to be much better. If you're in the market for a digital book on this topic try Affiliate Programs: How to Make Money Online with Other People's Products by Joel Comm instead. It gives you just enough info to get you going in the right direction and is a much better value.
A reasonable introduction but needs editing Apr 05, 2010
If you are completely new to affiliate marketing, you will appreciate the overview, advice, and pointers. For me the book was way too basic and was not polished (lacking solid editing) like I expected from a book available on Amazon. It promoted a few affiliate management software products which felt salesy and out of place. I agree with the comments that the content switched back and forth between being an affiliate and running an affiliate program for your site. The book was OK and serves a purpose, so 3 stars is my review.
